Warranty Policy

Summit Sauna Co. stands behind every product we sell. All Summit Infrared models include a 1-year free warranty from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

• Control panel malfunction
• Main control box malfunction
• Audio system malfunction
• Bulbs and lighting system malfunction
• Heater malfunction
• Damage caused during transportation
• Missing packaging accessories

What Is Not Covered

• Glass breakage (unless caused by shipping damage)
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or abuse
• Damage caused by moving an indoor sauna to outdoor use
• Normal wear and tear

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Email us at summitsaunaco@gmail.com with your order number
2. Include clear photos or video of the damaged or malfunctioning part
3. We will respond within 1 business day and arrange replacement parts or a solution

You deal with us directly, not a third-party call center. We handle every claim personally.
