We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Delivery Times
- Indoor infrared saunas: 7-15 business days
- Outdoor barrel and cabin saunas: 7-15 business days, delivered via freight to your driveway
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Freight Delivery (Outdoor Saunas)
Outdoor saunas ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery to your driveway. Please inspect the packaging before signing. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
Returns
We evaluate return requests on a case-by-case basis. To initiate a return:
- Contact us at summitsaunaco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the original packaging label, product code, and reason for return
- We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
Please note: Photos of the original packaging and product code are required for all return requests. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage before unpacking fully, note it on the delivery receipt, and email us at summitsaunaco@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will arrange replacement parts or a resolution promptly.
